A la carte

Chicken francese, marsala, picata, parmesan, lemon rosemary, grilled, saltimboca, divan.

Lasagna, vegetable lasagna, eggplant lasagna, Penne w/ vodka, marinara, puttenesca, primavera, or alfredo sauce (add shrimp, andouilli or other meat).

Stations

Made to Order Pasta Station - Build your own meal from the list below and our chef will prepare it to your request!
Cheese tortellini, Gnocchi, and Fresh Pasta nests. Basil pesto, marinara and Alfredo sauces. Grilled sliced chicken breasts, prosciutto, grilled shrimp, gorgonzola, sliced garlic in drawn butter, broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers, grilled portabella mushroom, mini Italian meat balls, hot Italian sausage… Any other thoughts?? Mussels, wild boar sausage, lobster, home-made raviolis.
A simpler, self-serve pasta bar can be offered

Cheese Steak Station - FRESH HOUSE Sliced Beef top round and Chicken breasts w/ sautéed onion, mushroom and peppers, raw onion, caramelized onion, our own cheddar cheese sauce, provolone, American, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and Amoroso rolls.

Wings Station - Grilled dry rub wings and boneless tenders w/ hot, and honey Bbq sauces

Mashed Potato Bar - to include roasted Idaho w/ sour cream and roasted garlic and roasted sweet potato w/ fresh ginger and black sugar. Toppings to include bacon, shredded Vermont cheddar, crumbled baby blue, broccoli, caramelized onion, fresh chives, and burgundy beef au jus

Baked Potato Bar - Sour cream, seasoned whipped butter, fresh chives, caramelized onion, beef gravy, chili, cheddar cheese sauce, Broccoli, bacon, avocado creme, sautéed spinach, savory apple compote, jicama slaw… we can even add anything from smoked salmon or trout to shrimp, lobster or crabmeat??

Taco and Fajita Station - to include grilled chicken breasts, seasoned ground beef, sautéed onion and pepper, and all of your favorite toppings.

Add fresh fish tacos w/ grilled halibut or other seasonal fresh fish???

Cherry Smoked Pulled Pork Station - Cherry smoked pork butts w/ jicama slaw, grilled pineapple salsa, caramelized onion, our home-made sauces, mini brioche buns

Slider Station - grilled Hawaiian marinated chicken, 2 oz fresh angus burgers, and spicy black bean burgers. mushroom, bacon, cheese, grilled pineapple, avocado, jalapeno ketchup, wasabi mayo, grilled pineapple salad, avocado crème. Add tuna steaks, halibut, Guinness braised beef short ribs.

Martini Mac n Cheese Station - Creamy mac n cheese, crumbled Applewood smoked bacon, diced tomato, scallion, caramelized onion served in martini glasses. Lobster or crab???

Salad Bar - baby spinach leaves, baby arugula, and iceberg. Caesar Salad. Shredded carrot, cucumber, tomato, red onion, radish, mushroom, toasted walnut, sunflower seeds, homemade roasted tomato croutons, goat cheese, cheddar, and assorted dressings. We can add grilled chicken, sliced bourbon marinated flank steak, grilled shrimp, or chardonnay poached salmon to this????

We can also offer a custom Sushi Station for larger events

Carving Station - Grilled Whole Tenderloin of Black Angus Beef w/ a Burgundy Au Jus, slow roasted Prime Rib,
Smoked Whole Ham Butt carved buffet side, Fennel Crusted Pork loin stuffed w/ arugula and gorgonzola, Oven Roasted Boneless Turkey Breast stuffed with Cranberry bread served w/ house made gravy and a Cranberry Coulis, Cajun Boneless Turkey Breast stuffed w/ Andouille, mushrooms

S’mores Station - toast your own marshmallow and choose from chocolate, peanut butter, Nutella toppings
Chocolate Fountain - fresh Pineapple, banana, strawberry, strawberry shortcake, pound cake pops, marshmallow and graham crackers, berries, shortbread cookies, pretzels to dip in melted Belgium chocolate
We will customize any of these stations to suit your specific taste and budget

I just wanted you to know that my family and I could not have been happier with the 50th Anniversary party for my parents! The food was quite honestly amazing!! It was not just delicious, which it was, but it was presented so beautifully as well! From the watermelon carving and pomegranate “flower”, to the pepper “flowers” decorating the serving trays. I did not eat one bite of food that wasn’t delicious!

I also want you to know that the servers for the party were absolutely wonderful! They were all very kind, professional and could not have worked any harder! The whole affair could not have been any more seamless. I truly felt they went above any expectations I had. You must be thrilled to have them for employees!

I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a caterer! And to think, I Googled “Best Caterer in Bucks County” and that’s exactly what I got!

I cannot express my gratitude adequately, but let me try.. Dave and Mary were the ultimate in professionalism!! Amazing! They handled everything!! Amazing omelets made to order.. the challah French toast with whipped butter, whipped cream and the guests are still raving about the peach topping. We have experienced your food before, however this event was Above and Beyond anything we even imagined. Plenty of leftovers packed and put in our fridge for us and a clean kitchen left behind.

In closing, just want to let you know how thankful I am for suggesting the omelet station, worth every penny. Thank you once again!
